M. M. Rose School

is Detroit’s oldest standing school in the city, built in 1897 and abandoned in 1993. Later it was used as a Islamic school after being closed by DPS in 1980. The all wood framing of the school has caused major damage to the structure in spots.

Lincoln Park Sears

was one of the biggest stores of the once massive retail chain Sears, it faced the wrecking ball in mid 2024 and was torn down, it was abandoned in early 2019 and is part of a redevelopment project for the area its land is on
